What we hold to

Six things that decide every feature

Participant-centred

You work from the person, never from an organisational hierarchy. Workers should never have to navigate "Coordinator A / Coordinator B" to find someone they support.

Privacy by design

Sharing is deliberate. Not everything is visible to every worker. The default is less access, not more — including for us.

Mobile-first, genuinely

Not a desktop app squeezed onto a phone. Built for one hand, in a car park, with poor signal — because that's where the note actually gets written.

Simple, on purpose

A worker shouldn't feel like they're completing an employee timesheet. Every feature has to earn its place against the two-minute target.

Australian, all the way down

Application, database and documents hosted in Sydney. It matters legally when you hold other people's participant data — and it matters to the coordinators who ask.

Accessible by default

WCAG 2.1 AA — font scaling, contrast, screen-reader labels, keyboard operation. In the disability sector, inaccessible software is a contradiction.
